By joining the Sira Connect Referral Program, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following:

Participation: I am joining as an individual referrer (not as a company, agent, or reseller). My role is limited to making introductions and submitting leads.

• Lead submission requirement: I will only submit leads where the contact has agreed to be approached by Sira, and I will provide accurate details for review.
  
  

• Qualified Referral definition: A referral is “Qualified” only if the brand:

  1. Operates in KSA

  2. Has 10+ branches

  3. Is not already in Sira’s sales pipeline / active talks

  4. A key decision maker (Ops/CX/Marketing/Owner) agrees to and attends a Sira discovery/demo call
     If the referral is not qualified, Sira will communicate the reason.
     
     

• Rewards:

  1. Demo Reward: 100 SAR for each Qualified Referral that completes a discovery/demo call.

  2. Deal Reward: 10% of the first year’s subscription after each payment, if the deal closes.

  • Eligibility: rewards apply only if I was the first to refer the account and the deal closes within 6 months of my referral submission.
    
    

• Payout timing: Payouts are made within 30–60 days after Sira receives the client payment.
  
  

• Compliance: I confirm (a) my contact agreed to be approached, and (b) I am permitted by my employer (if applicable) to earn referral commissions.
