Terms of Service
Effective date: 4/1/2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Sira (the “Service”), a product operated by Roboost (“Roboost”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, or by signing an order form referencing these Terms, you agree to be bound by them.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity (“Customer”), you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.
These Terms are provided for general use and should be reviewed by your legal counsel to ensure they match your entity details, jurisdiction, and commercial model.
1) Definitions
“Account” means a unique account created to access the Service.
“Admin” means a user with administrative privileges to manage the Customer’s workspace.
“Customer Data” means data, content, or information submitted to the Service by or on behalf of Customer, including configuration, branch details, tickets, survey responses, and operational metadata.
“Feedback Content” means reviews, ratings, comments, messages, and related metadata obtained from connected sources (including public review platforms) or collected through surveys and other channels configured by Customer.
“Order Form” means a quote, order, statement of work, or similar document that specifies the subscription plan, fees, and term, and is accepted by Customer.
“Subscription Term” means the period during which Customer has paid for access to the Service, as stated in the Order Form.
“Users” means individuals authorized by Customer to use the Service (including Customer employees, contractors, and affiliates as permitted).
2) Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3) Accounts, Users, and responsibilities
Account registration: Customer must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it updated.
User access: Customer is responsible for Users’ actions and compliance with these Terms.
Credentials and security: Customer must keep credentials secure and promptly notify Roboost of any unauthorized use.
Admin controls: Admins may add or remove Users, change permissions, connect sources, and configure automation rules. Customer is responsible for Admin choices and configurations.
4) The Service
Sira provides tools to collect, unify, analyze, and act on customer feedback, including reporting, workflow tools, survey management, presence and listings management, and review response tooling, subject to the plan purchased.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features over time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer of material changes that significantly reduce core functionality.
5) Trials, subscriptions, fees, and payment
Plans and pricing: Plans, included limits, and fees are stated in the Order Form or on our pricing materials.
Trials: If a trial is offered, it may be time-limited and feature-limited. Unless otherwise stated, trials may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Fees and invoicing: Customer agrees to pay fees in accordance with the Order Form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in these Terms.
Taxes: Fees are exclusive of taxes. Customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and levies, excluding taxes based on Roboost’s net income.
Late payments: We may suspend access for non-payment after providing notice and a reasonable cure period.
Usage limits and overages: Plans may include limits (for example number of locations, sources, users, surveys, tickets, or messages). If Customer exceeds limits, we may require an upgrade, charge overage fees, or restrict usage as stated in the Order Form.
6) Onboarding and professional services (if applicable)
If Roboost provides onboarding, implementation, or professional services, the scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees will be described in an Order Form or statement of work. Customer agrees to provide timely access, information, and approvals needed to complete onboarding.
7) Customer Data, Feedback Content, and permissions
Customer ownership: As between the parties, Customer retains its rights in Customer Data.
Customer permissions: Customer represents that it has obtained and will maintain all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to provide Customer Data to the Service and to instruct Roboost to process it, including permissions from Users and any required notices to individuals whose data is collected through surveys or other channels.
Feedback Content from third-party sources: Feedback Content may originate from third-party platforms and may be subject to their terms. Customer is responsible for ensuring it is permitted to connect and use those sources with the Service.
License to operate: Customer grants Roboost a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Data and Feedback Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service, and to fulfill our contractual obligations.
8) Data protection and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Where Roboost processes personal data on behalf of Customer, the parties may enter into a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) that governs roles, instructions, security measures, and sub-processors.
Customer is responsible for determining whether the Service meets its compliance requirements, including sector-specific requirements.
9) AI features and outputs
The Service may provide AI-driven insights, classifications, summaries, suggested actions, and draft replies (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs:
are generated based on input data and configurations,
may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular purpose,
must be reviewed by Customer where human oversight is required, especially for public replies, operational actions, or compliance decisions.
Customer is solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI Outputs.
10) Acceptable use
Customer and Users must not:
use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations,
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data,
interfere with or disrupt the Service, including bypassing rate limits,
upload malware, harmful code, or attempt security testing without written permission,
use the Service to collect or process sensitive personal data unless explicitly agreed and properly safeguarded,
use the Service to harass, defame, or violate privacy rights of others,
reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, a security risk, or unlawful activity.
11) Third-party services and integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (for example review platforms, messaging, CRM, POS, delivery aggregators, analytics). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours. Roboost is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data practices.
12) Intellectual property
Roboost IP: Roboost and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, models, workflows, interfaces, and documentation.
Customer IP: Customer retains all rights in its trademarks, brand assets, and Customer Data.
Feedback: If Customer provides suggestions or feedback about the Service, Roboost may use it without restriction or obligation.
13) Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will:
use confidential information only to perform under these Terms,
protect it using reasonable safeguards,
not disclose it to third parties except to employees, contractors, and advisors with a need to know and confidentiality obligations.
Confidential information does not include information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.
14) Support and service availability
Support channels, hours, and response targets may vary by plan and will be described in the Order Form or support policy. We aim to provide reliable availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance may occur and may result in temporary downtime.
15) Term, renewal, and termination
Term: These Terms start when you first accept them and continue for the Subscription Term.
Renewal: Subscriptions may renew automatically if stated in the Order Form, unless either party provides notice of non-renewal within the timeframe specified in the Order Form.
Termination for cause: Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure within a reasonable period after written notice.
Effect of termination: Upon termination or expiration:
Customer’s right to access the Service ends,
outstanding fees become immediately due,
Customer may request export of Customer Data within a limited period, subject to technical constraints and the contract, after which we may delete Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
16) Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOOST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
17) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
ROBOOST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
ROBOOST’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER TO ROBOOST FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you in full.
18) Indemnification
By Customer: Customer will indemnify and hold harmless Roboost from claims arising out of Customer Data, Customer’s configurations, Customer’s use of third-party sources, and Customer’s breach of these Terms or applicable law.
By Roboost: Roboost will indemnify Customer against third-party claims that the Service infringes intellectual property rights, provided Customer promptly notifies Roboost and allows Roboost to control the defense. Roboost may modify the Service, replace it, or terminate and refund prepaid unused fees if necessary to resolve infringement.
Indemnities do not apply to claims resulting from Customer Data, Customer’s misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use in combination with non-Roboost products in a way that causes infringement.
19) Compliance, export, and sanctions
Customer must comply with applicable export controls and sanctions laws. Customer will not allow access to the Service in violation of such laws.
20) Governing law and dispute resolution
Option A (Egypt): These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute not resolved amicably within thirty (30) days will be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Option B (Saudi Arabia): These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute not resolved amicably within thirty (30) days will be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Use the option that matches your contracting entity and standard customer contracts, and remove the other option.
21) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22) Notices
Notices to Roboost should be sent to: [legal@roboost.app] (or another address we specify).
Notices to Customer may be sent to the email associated with the Account or the billing contact.
23) Miscellaneous
Assignment: Customer may not assign these Terms without Roboost’s prior written consent, except to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of substantially all assets. Roboost may assign these Terms to an affiliate or successor.
Force majeure: Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms, the Order Form, and any DPA or statement of work form the entire agreement.
Order of precedence: If there is a conflict, the Order Form prevails over these Terms for commercial terms, and the DPA prevails for data protection terms.
